- Day 1
- Insights from the Directorate-General for Defence Industry and Space (DG DEFIS) on EDF calls and application guidance.
- Day 2
- Action-packed brokerage and matchmaking sessions with pitching opportunities, focused information sessions and insightful panel discussions with leading investors and entrepreneurs.
- Second day provides an unique opportunity to:
- Pitch your ideas and expertise to other potential partners,
- Schedule one-to-one meetings to form winning consortia,
- Join a dedicated networking and pitching session on this year's technological challenge on Human AI dialogue,
- Join the EU Defence Investor Day, where you will hear from leading investors and EU/ Member States' representatives about key technology, market and investment trends in the defence sector. If you are fundraising, you will also have a chance to pitch to the potential investors.

Secure your spot by registering here. Once your registration is approved, you’ll receive an automated email granting access to the virtual event platform and the networking platform. From that point, you can begin networking and prepare for your participation.
- Pitch Proposals Deadline: Submit your presentation proposals by 28 February 2025.
- In-Person Registration Deadline: Register by 14 March 2025. Please note that on-site registrations will not be accepted, and late online registrations may not be processed in time.
- Post-Event Networking: Online registration remains open until 31 October 2025 to foster continued collaboration.
