What do I do if I forget my password?
- Click here to login to the event website
- Click the Don't know your password? Click here to reset it link
- Enter the email address you used to register for the event
- Click the Submit button
- You will receive an email with a Reset Password button
- Click the button and enter your new password in the Password field
- Repeat the new password in the Repeat Your Password field and click Submit
Please check your spam and/or promotions inbox in case you did not receive the password reset email.
How do I change my email address?
- Log in here using your email address and password
- Make any necessary changes to your email address on the Information for profile validation tab
- Click the Continue button until you reach the Confirmation page
Changes to your registration are not final until you have reached the Confirmation page.
How do I change my time zone?
- Click here to login to the event website
- Go to Meetings > My Schedule
- Scroll down to the bottom of your calendar
- Click Change Time Zone and choose your preferred time zone in the dropdown menu
- Click Submit
Make sure you set your time zone correctly because the agenda and your meetings will be displayed according to the time zone you have selected.
Your profile should:
- include clear and concise organisation description,
- emphasise your core competencies/core tasks,
- describe the type of cooperation you are looking for,
- identify which EDF call topics you are interested in.
To modify your profile log in and click on Modify Registration.
Here are some recommendations:
- All participants will be able to view your profile, so its quality is very important. The better your profile, the more relevant meeting requests you will receive.
- Pictures, logos and presentation of the entity you represent will make the profile way more appealing to other participants.
- A good and meaningful profile will significantly generate more efficient meetings.
